Return Policy

At LoveSet each piece is selected with care. In order to keep our prices affordable, all sales are final, with the following exceptions:

We accept a return or replacement if your item:

Arrives damaged
Has a manufacturing defect
Is incorrect (a size, color, or item different from the one you ordered)

How to report it:

Write to us within 7 days following the delivery of your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and of the problem.
We will reply within a maximum of 2 business days with the solution: replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Important before purchasing: review the size chart included on each product page. Since sales are final, we do not accept returns for the wrong size if the item matches the published measurements.

Shipping time: estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days depending on your address, and the estimated date is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping time is not grounds for a return within that time frame.
